We recorded this album together in a series of live studio sessions at The Loft in Bronxville, NY. The album features some of our most requested songs at our gigs, including Tests of Fate and River Talk. There are also several deeply personal and relatable songs on the record, including "It's As Simple as That" and "Dad's Song." This is the first album with our new drummer, Bobby Renner. The cover art was designed by creative wizard George Manolis.

Andrew Cole & The Bravo Hops fuse vivid songwriting with blues-infused, country-tinged rock n' roll. Samples from this eight-song album are below.

In "Everything is Glass", Andrew Cole & The Bravo Hops fuse vivid songwriting with blues-infused, country-tinged rock n' roll. Following his lauded debut album, "Out of the Sunshine" (2014), Cole teamed again on this new album with veteran bassist and producer Al Hemberger and jazz-trained percussionist Patrick Reynolds. The band also welcomed guitarist Tim Petty, forming The Bravo Hops. Together they tell vibrant stories about people living ordinary and extraordinary lives -- from working on an apple farm to searching for a lost son. The album was recorded in live full band sessions at The Loft Recording Studies in New York in September and October 2015.

This is our 1st album. Andrew, Al and Patrick recorded it together in live sessions at the Loft in Bronxville, NY in 2013 and 2014. The songs are acoustic rock n' roll with a bluesy backbone, all centered around Andrew's lyrics. Several of these tracks are our most streamed and downloaded still today, including "Coast of Maine", "Utahville" and "Dusty Shelf". The cover photo was taken by Andrew at Muscoot Farm in Katonah, NY.
